New Manager Development Programme
This fully bespoke programme for six newly appointed managers took place over a three-month period and was designed to build up their capabilities and confidence in effectively leading their teams. Featuring face-to-face practical workshops, coaching, and a dedicated online resource centre for self-study, the managers also put their learning to immediate use through a business-specific project as an output of the programme.
Following initial diagnostic work to define core areas of focus we designed the programme around a range of practical topics including:

Executive Leadership Offsite
On the eve of their public launch we worked with a newly formed Executive Leadership team over a two-day offsite to focus on alignment around vision, strengthening of the team, and establishing the desired culture of their new organisation.
Using a combination of facilitated discussion, group activities, personal analysis tools and feedback we worked with the team to identify clear opportunities to elevate their effectiveness as a team and a plan to engage consistently with their workforce to deliver on their vision.
Client Relationship Skills Programme
Delivered almost exclusively as a virtual programme over a few weeks due to COVID restrictions, this programme for a team of Sales Managers and Account Managers was designed to develop a more confident and strategic approach in building relationships with clients.
Blending short, live and interactive sessions with videos, group work, and self-study activities we kept learning alive and relevant to each participant’s target clients, ensuring they could make immediate changes to their approach in an impactful way.
